Why is the need form the project?Just before MDG deadline much more emphasis on political commitments made in 2000 to eradicate poverty and hunger is required. There is a strong call for an information campaign on development agenda, especially one which uses media tools of educational character. (If you project is less than 1 year old feel free to ignore this question)"Study trip to Kenya was organised for Polish, Bulgarian and Estonian teachers to identify and build on commonalities between teachers, learners and communities world-wide. This trip provided teachers with an opportunity to consider the practicalities of developing and maintaining a new global partnership based on the principles of sustainability and equity. They were offered a thriving environment which encouraged mutual learning and facilitates personal and professional development. This study tripallowed for a developing inter-cultural and global awareness which helped to better understand, create and support effective partnerships with schools working in contexts that are different to each other.
