EPRD Biuro Polityki Gospodarczej i Rozwoju Regionalnego Sp. z o.o. (hereinafter: EPRD) with its registered office in Kielce, as the Processor of your personal data on behalf of the Controller who, according to the contract between the European Union represented by the European Commission and the consortium of EPRD, LDK, CCI, Fundacion Cultura de Paz and Cideal, is the European Commission, with a view to adapting to the new obligations regarding the processing of personal data (Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council, so-called GDPR), is hereby providing mandatory information about the processing of your personal data. EPRD also informs you that you have the right to access, correct, limit the scope of or request the removal of your data from the personal data file of EPRD at any time. In order to exercise the above rights, please contact EPRD by e-mail at iod@eprd.pl.

We only collect personal information that has been voluntarily provided by visitors of the website ‘dear-programme.eu’ in order to provide them with information and/or services. Please read this Privacy Policy (“Privacy Policy”) to find out how EPRD collects, uses and protects the personal data provided.

Collection and use of personal data

EPRD acquires personal data if it is voluntarily provided by the user via the application form or by e-mail. In some cases, personal data could have been forwarded to EPRD by the user earlier, e.g. at meetings.
